Storys: Silverio Guzman, with 42 years old, lives with his two sons Andres and Nicolas (12 and 15 years old respectively). Silverio owns the farm Cachingo, which is located in Higueron – Pitalito. For the last 12 years, he has been working in the coffee industry as a family tradition, However, 2 years ago thanks to the help of his brother Silverio was able to buy the farm.

When the duty calls, all the family helps in the harvest. This includes his 2 sons and sometimes his brothers. Due to the infrastructure of the farm, some process like drying the beans became a difficult task. Therefore, our program help Silverio´s family to save time in this type of process, allowing them to explore other jobs like working in different crops.

This coffee will be roasted fresh. Zest Coffee roasts every Wednesday and Friday and dispatch Monday-Friday.
