Tasting Notes: Passionfruit, vanilla, red apple, hubba bubba bubblegum
Coffee Story: This special lot was grown and harvested by Felipe Arcila at Jardines del Eden. The lot was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation for 30 hours. The beans were then moved onto drying beds to be monitored until 20% moisture content is achieved. The next stage was to place the coffees inside grain pro bags for 80 hours, allowing this stage of the fermentation to be driven by natural yeasts. Later the bean were again left on drying beds until the moisture dropped to 10.5%.
This coffee will be roasted fresh. Zest Coffee roasts every Wednesday and Friday and dispatch Monday-Friday.
