Coffee Story: La Senda are a part of our family. Located on the slopes of the Feugo Volcano in Acatenango, Guatemala, they produce some of the most amazing experimental lots in Guatemala. This year saw them take out awards in Coffee Competitions including Cup of Excellence. We have a stunning Bourbon & Caturra blend from La Senda that tastes like Red Grape, Honeysuckle and Brown Sugar. Processed by way of carbonic maceration, this unique anaerobic fermentation adds intense fruity notes and a winey acidity to the coffee. Unique to this year’s processing, Champagne Yeast was added to the fermentation process to kick things along, wtf! La Senda are the best!
This coffee will be roasted fresh for you. Wood and Co will roast your coffee on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and dispatch same day.
