Coffee Story: What is Cascara? Why it’s the skin of the coffee fruit a.k.a coffee cherry. After ripe coffee is picked and depulped at the Buena Vista Mill in Carnavi, Bolivia, the skin is dried and becomes Cascara. It’s easy to brew and it tastes like rosehip and lemon. It’s very mellow and also delicious chilled.
This coffee will be roasted fresh for you. Wood and Co will roast your coffee on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and dispatch same day.
