Coffee Story: This coffee is pretty darn delicious, which is largely due to its unique Black Winey process. This process involves placing the ripe cherry after it’s picked into a bag where it is left to become black and develop a winey character. Coffee cherries are then dried on raised beds, rested to allow the enzymes to settle, then dry-milled. The result is a juicy coffee with sweet tropical fruit, silky custard and sparkling sherbet notes. We have a long history with Panama Hartmann Estate as they produce exceptional, world-class coffee.

This coffee will be roasted fresh for you. White Horse will roast your coffee on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday and dispatch Monday/Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
