Coffee Story: Produced on an 8-hectare farm owned and privately operated by Addisu Hulichaye and his family, this farm sits at a staggering high elevation of 2092 above sea level. It is located near the administrative district of Kochere. The high elevation of the farm, combined with the region’s cool climate, is ideal for the slow ripening of the coffee cherries resulting to a sweeter and more complex cup profile. Alongside coffee as his family primary cash crop, he also grows other crops like corn, grain and bananas.
