Coffee Story: Finca El Roble is owned and operated by Hector Salvador Aguilar on 10 hectares of land in Metapan, El Salvador. The cherries are picked and depulped the following day then left to ferment for 12 hours before being washed. Post washing, cherries are then left to dry on patios or African beds.
