Coffee Story: This exceptional Orlando Sanchez coffee from Colombia is a hybrid of bourbon and typica varieties. Expertly grown by Luis Orlando Sanchez, this coffee undergoes a 36 hour dry anaerobic fermentation before being vacuum sealed for another 24 hours. Finally, the coffee is dried on raised beds in temperatures below 35 degrees Celsius until the ideal moisture content is achieved, resulting in a smooth, flavorful cup.
