Coffee Story: At Santa Isabel, the sweetest daily harvests Redbrick put aside for this microlot, making this a very special coffee. The Valdez family who operate Santa Isabel care about sustainability, and have committed almost one-third of their farmland to a nature reserve, to help promote biodiversity, providing a healthy habitat for local wildlife and their natural water reserves which they rely on. They also plant trees to provide natural protection for their coffee plants which reduces the need for chemical fertilisers.

The constant rain and their sustainable farming practices result in a very high quality crop. We have roasted this coffee for our Sweet category because of it’s bright flavours like white grape, and syrupy mouthfeel.
