Tasting Notes: Flavours, plum, brown sugar
Coffee Story: A mixed varietal, washed processed coffee from Santa Rosa, Guatemala. This coffee was produced at La Bugambilia, one of five plots of land in El Guatalón estate. The estate is owned and operated by third-generation farmer Guillermo Juarez. El Guatalón was established in 1920 and was the first coffee plantation in the region. This particular plot sits at an elevation of 1,450-1850m above sea level and is surrounded by deep forest, providing shade coverage for the coffee plants. This is an ideal growing environment, as the fruit ripens slower, resulting in a very sweet and balanced cup.
