Tasting Notes: Flavours, peach, hazelnut
Coffee Story: Sao Judas is located in Piata, a small town in the Chapada Diamantina. If you recognise the name, it’s because we source coffee from a farm located in the valley below, surrounded by those very mountains. Piata has become well-known for presenting Brazilian coffee that is bright and floral, thanks to the high altitude of the region and the mineral-rich soil.
This lot is grown and processed by Antonio Rigno, a farmer who has been growing coffee in this region for over 40 years. He is a well-respected figure, who passes on mentorship to other farmers in the region. This is an exceptional Brazilian coffee that we have roasted for filter.
