Coffee Story: Pedro Flores inherited his family farm, El Mirador, at age 14.  At 18, he began growing coffee crops, selling them to the local market.  Now, Pedro runs a full operation dedicated to growing specialty grade coffee. His approach with selective varietals and picking practices produces exceptional coffees.
