Story : Candela Estate spans over 100 hectares in the Renacimiento region near the border with Costa Rica. This group of family-owned farms focuses on high quality coffees from Caturra, Catuai, Typica, Bourbon and Geisha varietals.

Workers selectively handpick ripe red fruit and deliver to the onsite washing station. Cherries are laid to sun-dry on raised beds, with frequent raking to ensure even drying.
