Notes: Strawberries, raisin, dark chocolate
Coffee Story: This coffee is a private farm grown lot from Tega and Tula Estate in Limu region, western Ethiopia. This frontier land has opened up to some serious developments in processing and the coffees from here are now clean, fruity and structured.
This particular lot, from the Kasha bloc of the farm, tastes like strawberries, raisin and dark chocolate, especially in milk. It is naturally processed, meaning the coffee is left to dry in the pulp and then is milled, the fruity pulp imfusing a lovely dark fruit note to the cup.
This coffee will be roasted fresh for you. Parallel roast your coffee daily and dispatch the following day.
