Coffee Story: This coffee is grown at the highest altitude on the farm and using a variety called Colombia Amarillo (Yellow Colombia). Once the coffee is harvested it is then processed through carbonic maceration, the fermentation process takes 120 hours, these factors give the coffee a unique profile.
