Coffee Story: Grown near Mount Kerinci Volcano located on the highest peak in Sumatra, this coffee is processed using the Blue Honey technique developed by farmers from the Kerinci Radjo cooperative. Unlike the herbal flavours often associated with Sumatran coffee, the Blue Honey technique enhances its floral and fruit notes and maximises body in the cup. Paradox have applied a fast-roasting approach and a gentle finish to extract the sugars and showcase the creamy body of this delightfully smooth coffee.
