Coffee Story: This organic washed coffee from third generation producer, Guerrero Onias, is grown at his farm El Toche, near Santa Rosa in Peru. Peruvian coffees are not often featured as single origins, however the fine sparkling character of this clean, pure coffee caught our attention. In a time of new varieties and processing techniques this traditional fine cup reveals the inherent flavour of the Caturra varietal, with delicious notes of chocolate, spice and walnut.
