Coffee Story: This exceptional release is produced by Jose Uribe’s El Diviso Farm in Colombia’s Hulia region. Jose’s sons are actively involved in the farm, experimenting with processing methods to preserve the quality of the coffee and to create unique flavour profiles. With a strong commitment to sustainability, the family keeps 5 hectares of natural flora and fauna that surrounds the coffee plantation.
El Divisio has a reputation over recent years for producing fantastic releases and this lot is no exception. This Tabi variety has undergone an extended and complex natural fermentation process, that delivers a well-structured coffee with sweet and delicious ripe fruit flavour notes.
