Coffee Story: Aimed towards drinkers of traditional blend styles, Smooth Criminal delivers a sweet, full bodied cup with mellow acidity. A product of the excellent sourcing Josie Coffee is known for, combining two long term projects to achieve great results with all brew methods.
This blend is composed entirely of washed process lots with high sweetness and body. The great team at Riverdale Estate in India separately process our washed coffee anaerobically to “round out” the acidity, this brings the blend together and allows it to really sing.
