Coffee Story: We love honey processed coffees and what they can offer in the cup. The sweetness present in the coffee from having the mucilage dried into the seed in the sun is such a treat. To celebrate this incredible processing method we have created a blend of coffees processed at Finca La Senda in Guatemala and the famed Las Lajas micro mill in Costa Rica. Fun for us to do, delicious for you to drink!
