Coffee Story: New Peru! Our first purchase from Gilberto, a young coffee farmer who along with his family grows and produces Bourbon off a 1-hectare farm called La Babilla in the Cajamarca region. This is a beautiful coffee loaded with red apple, plum and floral notes, a bright acid and long sweet finish. Best enjoyed black through your favourite filter brewer.
