Coffee Story: Say hello to an Ethiopian coffee that is changing the game. Dually sticking it to the man and dabbling in some amazing flavour notes. Tega & Tula Estate are putting the speciality back in coffee. No longer limited by the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange, they’re advocating the importance of traceability in the coffee industry, and promoting producers to get a fairer price for high quality coffee. This fully washed micro lot is from a special block on the farm, famous for its high elevation and reputation for winning African fine coffee awards. A bright cup that teleports you to notes of red goji berry and hibiscus, before leading into a full body and smooth textured taste of grape juice, with hints of roasted almond, leaving a clean finish with each sip.
