Tasting Notes: Cherry, apricot, honey
Coffee Story: Goro Muda is a smaller mill in the Guji region of Ethiopia. It is supplied with cherries from approx. 1100 smallholder farmers in the surrounding area. After being carefully hand sorted, the ripest cherries are placed on drying beds and continuously raked to promote uniform drying. Drying takes approximately 9 to 12 days before the coffee is milled.
