Coffee Story: Gomoro is a micro-lot of coffee from the Uraga mill and was grown by smallholder farmers living around the kebele of Gomoro, Guji. This coffee is unique in that it is an anaerobic natural with a long fermentation in a dry concrete tank. The fermentation was above 72 hours, before being then dried on raised beds for 15 to 20 days. Following this the coffee is hand sorted twice, both pre and post milling. The results of this careful process are spectacular.
