Coffee Story: Aida Batlle has been toted by The New Yorker as “a fifth generation coffee farmer and a first generation coffee celebrity” with a “deeply peculiar” approach to farming. Her most famous farm, Finca Kilimanjaro, is located at an unusually high altitude on the rich, volcanic soils of Santa Ana. The farm has a truly distinct flavour profile, unlike anything else found in Central America.
