Description: This coffee is grown by the Inga’s, a group of Indians who grow the Caturra variety at about 2150 meters on the slope (Aponte) of the Doña Juana volcano, which is still active. A dark chocolate and dark cherry-like espresso, which in combination with milk has a dry cocoa finish. As a filter also chocolate, cherries with a light citrus acidity; a delicious fine.
