Hills Coffee Co is a micro roastery located in the picturesque Dandenong Ranges, an hour east of Melbourne. The coffee is roasted in small batches and hand packed providing a level of care fitting for such a labour intensive and thoughtfully produced crop.

The beans are selected not just for their quality and flavour profile, but also for the contribution made to the local environment and community through those that produced them.

The husband and wife team behind Hills Coffee are passionate about sustainability and utilise greener alternatives throughout the roastery wherever possible. They hope to further reduce their footprint as Hills Coffee Co. grows.
