Description: Obadiah have two Costa Rican coffees at the moment. The Las Lajas and this La Cabana, both have very different characteristics. This specific lot is from the farm San Pedro located in the region of Tarrazú and produced by the Asociación de Productores de Café Sostenible de Tarrazú. The farm was founded in 2001 and is located at 1900 masl stretching over 5-8 hectares. The coffee is honey processed and sundried over 6 days.
It’s exciting to release this coffee, it’s a really juicy long black, like grilled blood orange and super sweet through milk, almost like melted Weathers Originals. It’s one we’re going to be working with for a while because we love its versatility.
